Carozo offers an innovative combination of design and craft work, transmitting the
value of maintaining cultural heritage.
Nowadays, Galicia produces over 100,000 tons of corn every year, leaving about half a million cobs behind. Carozo seeks a new purpose for the cob waste of the Galician species known as “millo corvo”.
In collaboration with local farmers and artisans of the town of A Guarda, a recyclable modular constructive system is created, which offers a variety of applications, and can disintegrate in any environment at the end of its life.
