For five days, I had the opportunity to participate in a workshop led by Fernando Laposse, a product designer specialized in transforming natural materials into design pieces. This workshop took place in Domaine de Boisbuchet, an international research center for design and architecture in southwest France.
Through this “Fiber Power” course, focused on natural fibers, we were limited to working exclusively with materials such as loofah, hemp, and wicker. Using minimalistic tools, we collaboratively crafted an ephemeral installation, recreating a small domestic space.
