This piece is inspired by the traditional “patela” basket, used in fishing villages like A Guarda for collecting seaweed and seafood. The structure incorporates recycled fishing rope, and a hand woven fishing net as a base. Patela is a multi-purpose and reversible object, combining tradition with innovation.
